Chuck Spears

Chuck Spears has extensive experience in event management and fundraising within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as Event Manager at World Vision USA since March 2017, Chuck manages a 12-week planning cycle for curated fundraising events and trains external partners to enhance sponsorship acquisition. Prior roles include Mobile Experience Tour Manager and Tour Rep, where Chuck led a multi-city initiative for child sponsorship in the Christian music industry. Previously, Chuck served as Executive Director at Cooperstown Bible Camp from June 2010 to March 2016, focusing on the development of diverse programming, staff training, and strategic fundraising initiatives. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from Ohio University.
