Rebekah Dowling

Rebekah Dowling has extensive experience in various roles related to child protection, education, business development, program management, and research. Rebekah'srecent work includes serving as the Director of Child Protection and Education- Resource Development at World Vision USA. From 2020 to 2022, they were a Business Development Manager at World Vision. Prior to that, they worked as the Managing Director at Muraho Technology LTD from 2018 to 2020. Rebekah has also held positions such as Program Design and Management Consultant at Belay Rwanda, Adjunct Professor at Biola University, and Program Manager and Sr. Program Officer at World Vision. Rebekah has also worked in various capacities at organizations like Vision for a Nation, Duhugurane: Women's Livelihood Project, and PROCOM Rwanda as a consultant. Overall, Rebekah Dowling has a strong background in program development, management, and research, focusing on community resilience, livelihoods, and youth empowerment.

Rebekah Dowling has a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy, specializing in Human Security (Development Studies) and NGO Management from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, which they earned from 2010 to 2012. Rebekah also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Intercultural Studies from Biola University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Desert Christian High School from 1999 to 2003.
