Ole Ragnar H. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ole Ragnar started their career at Underground Management, where they served as the CEO for 16 years. Ole Ragnar then transitioned to middle management at Tromsø Budbil Sentral AS, where they worked for eight years. After that, they worked as a course instructor at Tromsø Røde Kors for four years. Later, Ole joined Norges Røde Kors as a search and rescue personnel for five years.

In 2016, Ole became an environmental therapist at MÅLRETTET INTERVENSJON DA, where they worked for a year. Ole Ragnar then joined H&M as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) specialist for a brief period.

Ole's next move was at Massasjeterapeuten, where they took on the role of CEO for two years. Following that, they worked at Volvo Cars as a consumer operation specialist, handling escalation cases and acting as a liaison between customers, dealers, and Volvo Cars Norway for almost three years.

Most recently, Ole worked at Ford Motor Company as a Ford Liive Service Coordinator, responsible for coordinating services for commercial vehicles in the Norwegian service market. Ole Ragnar provided support to Service Managers at Norwegian Ford authorized retailers to expedite car deliveries and decrease workshop lean time.

Currently, Ole is a Sales Manager at World Wide Lighting B.V., starting in October 2022.

Ole Ragnar H. has a diverse educational background. In 1994, they attended Vargstad vgs where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electro study. The following year, in 1995, they studied Service electronic at Gjøvik vgs. In 1996, Ole enrolled at NISS and Sunnhordland folkehøyskole simultaneously, working towards a Bachelor's degree in Soundtechnic and music production. Continuing their education in the field of sound, they attended Idefagskolen from 1998 to 1999, focusing on Sound production. In 2001, Ole briefly attended NSB skolen, specializing in sales work and marketing operations. Finally, in 2017, they pursued a degree in children and youth work at Lillehammer vgs avd nord.
