Aparna Kumar serves as the Managing Director of Public Sector Advisory Services and Public Sector Analytics Practice Lead at World Wide Technology since March 2021. In this role, Aparna is responsible for senior-level client engagement and pre-sales activities related to data analytics and AI for the public sector, focusing on project scoping, deliverables, and implementation. Prior to this, Aparna held various leadership positions at OperaSolutions from June 2008 to September 2020, significantly increasing the largest client account while overseeing analytics projects for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Aparna began a career at Progressive Insurance from September 2002 to June 2007, analyzing market competitiveness and developing pricing strategies. Academic credentials include an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Michigan.
