Beatrice Nguyen

Beatrice N. serves as the Head of People at Tools for Humanity, where the mission focuses on safely interacting in the digital world and distinguishing humans from bots through the Worldcoin open-source protocol. Beatrice has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, having previously held the position of Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Tools for Humanity and serving as an advisor at PeopleTech Partners. Beatrice's prior roles include Recruiting Leader for Engineering at Carta, where a significant growth in the technical recruiting team was achieved, and Senior Technical Recruiter at Mapbox, partnering closely with senior leadership on hiring strategies. Earlier experience encompasses positions at notable companies including Facebook, Target, Google, Best Buy, and TEKsystems. Beatrice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology of Law, Criminology, and Deviance from the University of Minnesota.
