Hélène Truong has a diverse background in program and project management, team leadership, and software engineering. Hélène has extensive experience in the financial technology and payment industry.

Hélène most recently worked as an IT Tribe Lead at Worldline Global, overseeing a team of 35-40 members. Hélène managed R&D development, QA, DEVOPS, and E2E integration teams, ensuring successful deliveries of high-volume payment transactions. Hélène also mentored teams on Agile Scrum best practices.

Prior to that, Hélène served as a Customer Delivery Leader and Program Manager at Ingenico Group. Hélène managed R&D and integration teams, oversaw program plans, and mitigated risks for successful program deliveries. Hélène also facilitated knowledge sharing and mentorship within the teams.

Before joining Ingenico Group, Hélène worked as a Program Manager at IDEMIA, where they managed projects related to IDMS, passports, VISAs, and protocols for countries' ministries.
