Kim Sanderson has a diverse work experience spanning numerous roles and industries. Kim began their career as an Internal Communications Specialist at IBM, where they developed crisis communications, managed internal events, and formulated internal communications strategies. Kim then worked as a Sourcing Consultant at Fonterra, where they assessed candidates for graduate and tanker roles, improving recruitment efficiency and increasing acceptance rates. At Heinz Wattie's, Kim served as a Recruitment Research Associate, conducting talent mapping and successfully recruiting top talent from competitor FMCG companies. Kim later took on the role of Recruitment Specialist at Noel Leeming and Nestlé, supporting their temporary recruitment needs. Kim also worked at AA Insurance NZ as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on building talent pipelines and developing the company's employer brand. Their most recent role was at Paymark (now Worldline Global) as a People Experience Lead, overseeing talent management and driving a positive employee experience. Kim is currently working as a People Experience Lead at Worldline.
