Michael Oggenfuss

Michael Oggenfuss has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Michael began their career in 2003 as a Financial Accountant at Zurich Financial Services, where they worked until 2007. Michael then took a sabbatical from work in 2007-2008. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as an Underwriting Credit & Surety professional at Swiss Re. In 2009, they joined D. Swarovski Corp AG, where they held various roles, including Global Process Manager Finance & Administration, Global Payroll Service Delivery Manager, and Functional Lead for Workday Implementation. Their tenure at D. Swarovski Corp AG lasted until 2017, during which they also worked as the Finance & Administration Manager at Swarovski Crystal, S.A. de C.V. In 2017, they took a parental sabbatical for two months before joining SIX Group as the Global Head of HR Systems & Processes in 2017-2019. Currently, they serve as the Global Head of HRIS and Employee Services at Worldline Global, a position they have held since November 2020.

Michael Oggenfuss has a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Zurich, which they obtained from 1997 to 2002. Michael completed their Matura degree at Kantonsschule Limmattal from 1990 to 1997. In 2015, they obtained the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute. Most recently, in 2020, Michael completed the Digital HR Certificate Program from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR. Michael also holds additional certifications in Workday HCM, obtained in 2015.
