Olimpia Bordea serves as the Country HR Director for Romania at Worldline since February 2024, leading the Romanian HR team and aligning HR strategies with global priorities. Previous experience includes roles as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at AppFollow and Regional Human Resources Manager at PartnerHero, where Olimpia drove HR strategies, supported talent management, and focused on employee engagement. With a strong background in data analytics and HR practices, Olimpia also held positions at Veeam Software and Honeywell, contributing to various HR initiatives and leadership development. Olimpia holds a Master’s Degree in Business English and a Bachelor’s Degree in English and French.
