Heriberto Arzuaga

Heriberto Arzuaga is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical pre-sales and engineering management. Currently serving as the Technical Pre-Sales Manager at WorldNet Telecommunications, Inc., since September 2012, Arzuaga leads a team dedicated to creating high-quality IT and telecom proposals that address customer business challenges. Prior to this role, Arzuaga managed pre-sales engineering activities at enVision Technologies and served as an adjunct professor at Sistema Universitario Ana G. Mendez, teaching telecommunications-related subjects. Arzuaga's early career included a position as a Pre-Sales Engineer at DataVoice, where responsibilities included coordinating network operations and supporting sales efforts. Arzuaga holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Norwich University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
