Tamás Aujeszky

Tamás Aujeszky, PhD, currently serves as Vice President of Research at WorldQuant, focusing on automated equity trading model generation and cryptocurrency trading since September 2019. Additionally, Tamás is a member of the Hungary Research Management Office, overseeing performance management of researchers. Previously, Tamás held roles as a Senior Quantitative Researcher and Quantitative Researcher at New York University from August 2014 to July 2019, while also pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering. Earlier experiences include software development and research internships at various organizations, culminating in a strong educational background with a PhD and Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from New York University, alongside a Bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, in the same field from New York University Abu Dhabi.
