Kelvin Gwuma

Kelvin Gwuma has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. In 2013, they began as a Volunteer Representative at SAIDE CBO. In the same year, they also joined the Sabatia Initiative for Sustainable Development Community Based Organization as a Program Coordinator. Here, they were responsible for planning and implementing projects, as well as organizing and fundraising for events.

In 2014, Gwuma took on the role of Project Manager at Worldreader, where they oversaw the implementation of an Ereader program. Kelvin reported to Worldreader and ensured the smooth running of the project through training of patrons and community outreach efforts.

Additionally, in 2014, Gwuma joined SAIDE Community Library as a Project Manager. Here, they continued their work on the Ereader program, reporting to Worldreader and carrying out community outreach activities.

Continuing their volunteer work, Gwuma joined American Friends of Kenya in 2016 as a Volunteer, contributing to their initiatives.

More recently, in 2020, Gwuma became a Regional Manager at ErrandsGuy Ltd, where they assumed a leadership position.

The most recent addition to Gwuma's work experience is their appointment as a Gobal Board Member at Digital Opportunity Trust in August 2021.

Kelvin Gwuma attended Keveye Primry School from 1997 to 2005, where they obtained the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education. From 2007 to 2010, they attended Kegoye secondary school, focusing on Family and Community Services. As for additional certifications, Kelvin obtained the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education, although the month and year of achievement are not provided.
