Dolly Nainani has worked in a variety of roles in the tech industry. In 2021, they began working as the Director of Quality Engineering for Worlds. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Marketing for cGMP Consultant from 2016-2021, QA Manager for Reveal-Brainspace from 2014-2016, Software Engineer for Computer Associates, Inc from 2010-2014, Software Developer - Intern for Bank of America from 2009-2010, and Intern for Cisco from 2008-2009.

Dolly Nainani attended MK High School before continuing their education at The University of Texas at Dallas. Dolly graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science in 2010, and then went on to receive their Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science from the same university in 2010.
