Aman Khera EMBA FRAPS FTOPRA has over 20 years of experience in the regulatory affairs field. They are currently serving as the Vice President of Regulatory Science, Strategy, and Innovation at Worldwide Clinical Trials, where they provide strategic regulatory consulting services to internal and external stakeholders. Aman has also held leadership roles at PRA Health Sciences, including Head of Americas for Regulatory Strategy and Agency Liaison, and Senior Director of Global Regulatory Affairs. Additionally, they have served as a Board Member for TOPRA and held advisory positions at Vation Ventures, Sikhs in Clinical Research, and emTruth, Inc. Earlier in their career, Aman worked as a Senior Regulatory Executive at Orion Clinical Services Ltd and Regulatory Affairs Associate at Parexel.

Aman Khera has a diverse educational background. In 1993-1997, they obtained a BSc Hons degree in Medical Biochemistry from Brunel University London. In 2018, they received an Award of Achievement in Diversity and Inclusion from The University of British Columbia. Most recently, in 2021-2022, they completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Quantic School of Business and Technology.

In addition to their academic degrees, Aman has pursued several certifications. They obtained the FRAPS (Fellow of RAPS - Regulatory Affairs Professional Society) certification from Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS) in 2022. They also hold the FTOPRA (Fellow of TOPRA) certification from TOPRA - The Organisation for Professionals in Regulatory Affairs, obtained in 2021. They have completed various LinkedIn courses, including "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues" in 2021 and "Building Creative Organizations" in 2016, among others.

Furthermore, Aman has participated in the IGNITE Enterprise Accelerator program offered by Insight IGNITE, with completion expected in 2023. They also completed the PRINCE2 Fundamentals course on LinkedIn in 2016.
