Jeffrey Knighton, CPA, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeffrey currently holds the position of VP Finance and Global Controller at Worldwide Clinical Trials. Prior to this, they worked at CFA Institute, where they served as the Global Controller and also took on the interim role of CFO. Jeffrey also gained valuable experience as a CFO and Controller Consultant at M&A Finance Projects, providing advisory services to small and midsized businesses. Jeffrey has a strong background in finance and operations, as seen from their roles at Micron Technology, where they served as Senior Finance Manager and Worldwide Manufacturing Operations Finance Controller, and at JP Morgan Chase & Co., where they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst. Jeffrey has also held positions at LexisNexis and Allstate, further showcasing their expertise in financial analysis and planning.

Jeffrey Knighton, CPA, MBA holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Corporate Finance and Risk Management from Virginia Tech. Jeffrey also has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from Radford University. Jeffrey is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certified by the Virginia Board of Accountancy.
