Kim Soltmann

Kim Soltmann has extensive work experience in the biotech industry. Kim is currently working as the Executive Director of Global Sales Development and Sales Enablement Technology Solutions at Worldwide Clinical Trials. Prior to this, they held various roles at Curebase, including Business Development Senior Director and Head of CRO Partnerships. At PPD, they served as the Business Development Director for Evidera and also worked as a Senior Account Manager in both the Bioanalytical Labs and Clinical Phase II-IV divisions. Earlier in their career, they worked as a CrossFit Coach and Personal Trainer at CrossFit, Inc., and as a Biotechnology Business Consultant and Account Manager at Kelly Services. Kim also has experience as a Fitness Instructor at Krav Maga Raleigh and as an Engineering Intern at both Eastman Chemical Company and RTI International.

Kim Soltmann obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University from 2005 to 2009. In 2011, they received a CF-L2 Trainer degree from CrossFit. In 2019, they completed the Enlifted Athlete Course at Enlifted, focusing on the Power of Architect Language in Sports, Business, and Life. From 2009 to 2016, they earned an L2 degree from Krav Maga Raleigh. Additionally, they have obtained numerous certifications on various topics such as management, strategic thinking, diversity and inclusion training, and sales techniques, through LinkedIn and other institutions.
