Michelle Squire

Michelle Squire has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Michelle began their career at Boston Scientific in 1993, where they served as an HR Generalist & Sr. Production Supervisor for over 8 years. In this role, they led manufacturing teams of varying sizes.

In 2007, Michelle joined ev3/Covidien as an HR Manager and was later selected to be part of the team responsible for creating a new function within HR called HPMS (High Performance Management System). As the Manager of Breakthrough Process Improvement, they worked closely with leaders throughout the company to drive continuous improvement and align the organization to Vital Few goals.

In 2012, Michelle moved on to Talon Innovations, where they initially served as a VP of Human Resources. Their role then evolved into that of a General Manager. Talon Innovations is known for its precision machining and finishing of difficult-to-process alloys and plastics for industries such as semiconductor equipment, medical, microelectronics, biotech, and aerospace.

Most recently, Michelle joined WorldWide Electric Corporation in 2019 as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Michelle Squire holds a Master's degree in Organizational Business/Communication with a Human Resources emphasis from Concordia University-St. Paul. Michelle also has a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management and Communication from the same university. In addition, Michelle has obtained a certification in "Installing and Running WordPress: WAMP" from Lynda.com in April 2019.
