Jim Tallant

Jim Tallant has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Director of Field Training Compliance at Worldwide Flight Services since July 2021. Prior to this role, Jim was a Principal at Ops Star Aviation Consulting, where responsibilities included operational planning, safety management systems, and training implementation since February 2017. Jim held the position of Director of Safety, Training, and Operational Performance at Swissport from May 2006 to June 2016, overseeing safety and training functions across North America and Asia. Previous roles include General Manager at Spirit Airlines and Northwest Airlines, along with various management positions at Continental Airlines. Jim's career began at Central Flying Service, Inc. in the 1970s.
