David Martin

David Martin has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. David is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at WorldWide HealthStaff Solutions, where they have been a board member since 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Managing Director at Grage Management from 2018. David also worked at Caterpillar Inc. as the Group Chief Financial Officer for their Services, Digital & Distribution Segment. David has also served as the Head of Strategy, Corporate Development, and Venture Capital at Caterpillar Inc. In addition, David has held executive positions at PBS of Texas and LIMITLESS® as the Chief Financial Officer and Partner. David has also worked at Dover Corporation, where they held various roles including VP of Corporate Development and Managing Director at OPW / Tokheim and Harbison-Fischer. David's earlier experience includes working as a Vice President at Lake Capital, a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, an Associate in Private Equity at Kinsman Capital, LLC, and an Analyst at Harvey & Company, LLC.

David Martin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, from 1994 to 1998. Later on, they pursued higher education and obtained an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, attending from 2003 to 2005.
