Jason Green began their work experience in 2008 as a Student Marketing intern at Lansing Community College. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Membership Retention Manager at Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce. In 2010, they took on the role of Board Member at YMCA of Metropolitan Lansing - Downtown Wellness Center, which they held until 2014. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Financial Services Representative at Northwestern Mutual. Starting in 2014, they joined CLEAResult as a Program Coordinator and remained in that position until 2019. In 2019, they started working at Worthy Insurance as a Client Service Specialist.
