Hala Khouzami has extensive experience in marketing and project management. Hala currently serves as the Global Head of Marketing & Marketing Excellence at Wörwag Pharma GmbH & Co. KG, where they developed and recommended strategic directions for the musculo-skeletal system therapeutical area and the Immunity category. Prior to that, they worked as a freelance project manager and advisor, contributing to various projects such as the ESSEC Alumni steering committee and publishing articles. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the Global Marketing Director at BIOCODEX, leading the Global Marketing team and working on the development of the Microbiota portfolio. Hala has also held marketing positions at Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, where they were responsible for brand strategy and market research, and at Wrigley France, where they managed the Freedent brand. Hala began their career at Danone as a Junior Brand Manager and also worked at Bourjois as an Assistant Brand Manager. Additionally, they pursued a personal project of solo traveling in 2017. Overall, Hala Khouzami has a wealth of experience in marketing and project management across various industries and global roles.

Hala Khouzami obtained a Master's degree in Marketing from ESSEC Business School from 1995 to 1999. In 2021, they completed a program called Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson, focusing on brand management. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Circular Economy from Parsons School of Design - The New School in July 2023, Storytelling and Behavioural Science for Brands from 42courses in October and September 2019 respectively, and Behavioural economics in action from University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management in May 2019.
