Melissa Constancio

Melissa Constancio is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Currently serving at WoundCentrics since August 2022, Melissa previously worked at Healogics, Inc. and West Texas Injury Prevention in similar roles. With a strong background in nursing, Melissa began as a Registered Nurse at CHS Covenant Specialty Hospital and held positions as a Clinical Supervisor at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, and Staff RN at both Calvert Home Health Care and Encompass Home Health & Hospice. Melissa's nursing career started as an LVN at UMC. Education includes a Master's degree in Family Practice Nursing from South University and a BSN from Lubbock Christian University, along with other relevant nursing qualifications.
