Alyson Fellers

Family Foundations at Wounded Warrior Project

Alyson Fellers has a diverse background in nonprofit management and community service, currently serving in the Family Foundations role at Wounded Warrior Project since May 2024. Prior experience includes managing individual giving at Girl Scouts - North Carolina Coastal Pines from March 2023 to May 2024, and coordinating regional programs and volunteers at The First Tee of the Sandhills from August 2018 to March 2023. Alyson has also held positions in fundraising and membership services at Methodist University, Fayetteville Regional Chamber, and the American Cancer Society, where responsibilities included community volunteer management and resource development. Leadership capabilities were demonstrated as Unit Director for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Virginia, where significant improvements were made to increase service reach. Alyson began their career in education as a physical education teacher and an admissions counselor at Methodist College. Alyson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine from Methodist University.
