April K. has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles.
Starting in 1994, April worked for W.R. Grace as a Communication Project Manager, where they oversaw the production of the corporate newsletter and managed various corporate materials.
In 1998, April joined FPL as a Senior Communications Advisor, later transitioning to the role of Creative Lead and then Lead Communication Specialist. April'sresponsibilities included leading communication efforts and providing creative direction.
In 2011, April joined Acosta as a Manager of Public Relations and eventually took on roles such as Manager of Internal Communications, Senior Communications Manager, and Director of Internal Communications. In these positions, they developed and executed communication strategies, managed internal communication channels, and led cross-functional teams.
April's most recent position is with the Wounded Warrior Project, where they serve as the VP of Communications.

April K.'s education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Grand Valley State University.
