Project Odyssey Specialist at Wounded Warrior Project

Elizabeth Swiger, MSW, has a diverse work experience spanning different fields. Currently, they work as a Project Odyssey Specialist at the Wounded Warrior Project. In this role, they assist warriors in managing and overcoming their invisible wounds through adventure-based learning.

Prior to their current role, Elizabeth worked as a Behavior Specialist at Rogers Behavioral Health from 2017 to 2021. Elizabeth'sresponsibilities included providing behavioral support to individuals.

In 2014, Elizabeth gained clinical social work experience as a Clinical Social Work Intern at Bay Pines Medical VA. Elizabeth also has experience as an Administrative Assistant at Herff Jones Tampa Bay from 2012 to 2013.

Prior to entering the social work field, they worked as a Nanny for The Schoenberg-Fierer Family from 2010 to 2011. Elizabeth also served as a Pre-K Teacher at MacDill Air Force Base from 2009 to 2010 and a VPK Teacher at Florida State University from 2008 to 2009.

Elizabeth Swiger earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Southern California in 2014-2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from Florida State University in 2007-2009.
