Frank Dailey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Francis (Frank) began their career as the Superintendent of Targets Branch at the 607 Air Operations Center, where they were responsible for training and development of targeteers and providing targeting advice to senior leadership. Francis (Frank) then served as the Superintendent of Intelligence Operations at the 1st Special Operations Wing, overseeing intelligence production and managing personnel administration programs.

Afterwards, they joined the US Air Force as the Chief Enlisted Manager of the 361 ISRG, where they were responsible for the leadership and welfare of 698 Air Force professionals. Francis (Frank) also served as the Senior Enlisted Leader at HQ AFSOC/361 ISRG.

In 2013, Frank transitioned to the civilian sector and worked as a Senior Intelligence Analyst at Pioneer Technologies Corporation. Francis (Frank) also participated in a guided mentorship program at American Corporate Partners, engaging in discussions and exercises about transitioning from military service to the corporate world.

Francis (Frank) Dailey has a diverse education history that spans several years and institutions. Francis (Frank) started their educational journey in 1985 at the Community College of the Air Force, where they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Communications Technology/Technician. Francis (Frank) completed this degree in 2002.

In 2007, Frank attended the USAF SNCO ACADEMY Class 07 A, where they focused on Administration, Military studies, and Leadership.

Formalizing their military education, Frank obtained a certification in Curriculum and Instruction from the USAF Academic Instructors Course in 1999.

In 2011, Frank pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Counter Terrorism and Terrorism from the Henley-Putnam School of Strategic Security. Francis (Frank) completed this program in 2015.

Frank continued their education in 2018, enrolling in Liberty University. Francis (Frank) worked towards a Bachelor's degree in Counseling and Psychology, specializing in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor. Simultaneously, they pursued a Master's degree in Psychology and Counseling with a focus on Counseling Psychology. Francis (Frank) is expected to complete their Master's program in 2023.

Additionally, Frank earned a certification as a Peer Support Group Facilitator from the Wounded Warrior Project in March 2016. Francis (Frank) also obtained a Peer Mentor designation from the same institution, although the specific date is not provided.
