Outreach Specialist at Wounded Warrior Project

Joseph Lobban has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Joseph started their career in the United States Army as a Soldier, serving from May 1999 to July 2016. After leaving the military, Joseph worked as a Lodge Manager at the Fayetteville Area Operation Inasmuch, where they managed a 40-bed men's shelter and supervised a team of six employees. Joseph then transitioned to the private sector and worked as a Courier for Grubhub from January 2019 to December 2020. In 2021, Joseph joined STARTEK as a Customer Service Representative, where they provided information about the COVID-19 vaccination and its availability to the American public on behalf of the Center for Disease Control. Currently, Joseph is employed as an Outreach Specialist at Wounded Warrior Project, starting in October 2022.

Joseph Lobban obtained an Associate's Degree in Military Strategic Intelligence from Cochise College in 2008-2010. Joseph later pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science in Christian Leadership and Management at Liberty University from 2017-2020. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications, including a Suicide Interventionist Certification from LivingWorks in October 2021, a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Solomon EOS, LLC in July 2020, a Microsoft Office Specialist: Microsoft Office 2016 certification from Microsoft in July 2019, and a CompTIA IT Fundamentals Certification from CompTIA in May 2016.
