Gen Fukuyama

Gen Fukuyama is an experienced business and engineering professional, currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Toyota Motor Corporation since January 2013, where responsibilities include creating and implementing life strategies in research, development, and mobility business activities. Previously held various managerial roles at Toyota, including Organizational Development Manager, Manager of Manufacturing, and Engineering Operations Manager, as well as serving as a Business Advisor at Toyota North America. Gen's career began at Mitsubishi Motors Corporation as a Plant Engineer, focusing on overseas production planning and stamping engineering. In February 2024, Gen transitioned to Woven Capital as Liaison Manager, fostering collaboration between Toyota and startups. Gen holds an MBA from GLOBIS University and a Bachelor of Engineering from The University of Tokyo.
