Akhil Shah

Akhil Shah has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering, robotics, and control. Akhil is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Woven Planet since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Optimus Ride as a Software Engineer specializing in Robotics and Control from October 2018 to May 2022.

Before their role at Optimus Ride, Akhil served as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin from January 2017 to August 2018. Akhil gained experience in the aerospace industry by working as a Guidance, Navigation, and Control Engineer at Boeing from April 2013 to May 2016.

Akhil also worked as a Control Systems Engineer at Aero Engine Controls from June 2012 to March 2013. Akhil started their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from May 2011 to December 2011. Overall, Akhil's work experience showcases their expertise in software engineering, robotics, control systems, and aerospace engineering.

Akhil Shah pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2008 to 2012.
