Amanda Zhu

Amanda Zhu has a strong background in software engineering, with experience in various roles at different companies. Amanda currently works at Woven by Toyota as a Software Engineer, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they were a Tech Lead and Engineering Manager at the same company from September 2021 to September 2022. Amanda also worked as a Software Engineer at Woven by Toyota from January 2020 to September 2021.

Before joining Woven by Toyota, Amanda worked as a Software Engineer at Toyota Research Institute from October 2018 to December 2019. Amanda also had a brief stint as a Software Engineer at the same company from June 2018 to August 2018.

Prior to their work at Toyota Research Institute, Amanda gained experience as a Software Engineer at Intuitive in 2017 and at Timex Group in 2016.

Amanda's early experience includes working as a Peer Tutor at the University of New Haven from January 2015 to May 2016.

Amanda Zhu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of New Haven. Amanda also pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering from Northeastern University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Amanda obtained certifications as a PADI Open Water Diver from PADI in May 2018 and as a Functional Safety Engineer from TÜV SÜD.
