Daryl C. has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Daryl started their career as a Junior Information Systems Architect at AXA in 2005. Daryl then worked as an IT Procurement Coordinator at GE Capital in 2006. From 2007 to 2009, they participated in the Information Management Leadership Program at GE Capital and also served as an Infrastructure Support Analyst.

In 2009, Daryl joined Origin Energy as a Business Analyst, focusing on Lean and Continuous Improvement. Daryl later moved to SMS Management & Technology in 2011, where they assumed the role of Senior Consultant and Agile and Digital Capability Lead. During their time at SMS Management & Technology, they engaged in various consulting projects with clients such as AXA, Cathay Pacific, RACGP, Suncorp, and Monash University.

From 2015 to 2019, Daryl worked at why innovation! as the Country Manager and Managing Consultant. In this role, they provided management and innovation consulting services, specializing in areas such as Product Management, Organizational Change, IT Leadership, Agile, Design Thinking, and Innovation Coaching. Daryl worked closely with clients to introduce Agile and Lean thinking, as well as facilitate workshops and provide training.

In 2020, Daryl joined Vyond as the Director of Product Management. At Vyond, they led a team of Product Managers and oversaw various areas, including growth, platform development, video editing, and machine learning. Daryl played a key role in the creation of a platform that enabled people to create dynamic and powerful media through animation and video.

Currently, Daryl holds the position of Senior Product Manager at Woven Planet, starting in 2022.

Daryl C. obtained a Bachelor of Business Systems degree from Monash University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout the years. These include: Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in October 2015, Certified Scrum Professional from Scrum Alliance in April 2015, edX Honor Code Certificate for U.Lab: Transforming Business, Society, and Self from edX in March 2015, edX Honor Code Certificate for Responsible Innovation from edX in February 2015, Gamification from Coursera in April 2014, Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in October 2013, ICAgile Certified Professional (Fundamentals of Agile) from ICAgile in July 2013, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from the International Institute of Business Analysis in December 2012, and Prince2 Foundation from Prince2 in November 2011.
