Erik Sytnyk has a diverse range of work experience in the field of software engineering and development. Erik started their career at Ticketek Australia in 2013 as a Senior .NET Developer, where they worked on projects such as the Australian Open Ticket Resale website. In 2014, they joined Fract as a Lead Architect and Senior Full Stack Developer, contributing to the development of a platform that helps companies define territories and collaborate over maps.

Erik then transitioned to Orchard Marketing in 2015 as a Senior JS Developer, where they worked on the AMEX TCUI project, a travel request management system. Erik also returned to Ticketek Australia in the same year as a Senior Node.js/.NET Developer, focusing on converting older package orders for NRL customers.

In 2017, Erik joined Toptal as a Software Engineer, working on various projects via the freelancing platform. Erik also worked as a Lead Full-stack Developer at FronteraLand, leading the development of an MVP for a real estate crowdfunding investment startup.

From 2017 to 2020, Erik worked at Freedom Robotics as a Lead Front End Developer, primarily responsible for designing the front-end system's structure and architecture.
