Haitham Elbadrashiny has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Haitham currently works at Woven by Toyota as an Automotive Software Expert since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Valeo from 2016 to 2022 in various roles including Software Manager/SW Project Leader and Senior Team Leader/SW Project Leader. In these positions, they were responsible for managing software teams, analyzing customer requirements, and contributing to architectural decisions. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Axxcelera Broadband Wireless as a Software Team Leader and Principal Software Engineer, where they contributed to the development of Self-Organizing Network algorithms and 3GPP releases. Before that, they worked at Intel Corporation as a Senior Software Engineer from 2013 to 2014. Haitham also has experience at El Sewedy Electro-meter Egypt as an Embedded Software Team Leader and Senior Embedded Software Engineer from 2009 to 2013, and at QuickTel as an Embedded Software Engineer from 2008 to 2009. Haitham began their career as an Embedded Software Engineer at El Sewedy Electro-meter Egypt from 2007 to 2008.

Haitham Elbadrashiny completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Electrical Communication from Cairo University's Faculty of Engineering. Haitham attended Cairo University from 2002 to 2006.

Additionally, Haitham Elbadrashiny has obtained several certifications. In May 2021, they became a Functional Safety Engineer certified by TÜV Rheinland Group.
