Imaad Umar

Imaad Umar is a Senior Engineering Manager at Woven Planet Holdings, leading the Medium Definition Maps team. Previously, as a Senior Software Engineer at AMP SpaceMaps, Imaad developed a compute platform and collaborated with geospatial engineers. Imaad also transitioned Taplytics backend to microservices as a Data Engineer and worked on machine learning pipelines at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research. With a background in image processing, software development, and mechanical engineering, Imaad has a diverse skill set and experience in various industries.
