Izy E. has a diverse work experience in various technological roles. They began their career as a Student Intern at SRI International in 2017, where they worked on robotics and path-following tasks. Following this, they served as an Athletic Events Staff member at Stevens Institute of Technology.

In 2018, Izy returned to SRI International as a Student Intern in the Computer Vision & Technology group, where they focused on human-robot interaction and path planning. They successfully implemented obstacle avoidance algorithms and worked with software packages in Docker containers.

At Stevens Institute of Technology, Izy held two positions in 2018. As a Peer Tutor, they provided assistance to fellow students, and as a Student Lab Assistant, they configured and benchmarked a new Ubuntu server, improving its performance.

In 2019, Izy joined Intel Corporation as an Automated Driving Solutions Intern. They collaborated with a systems engineering team to analyze and benchmark object recognition workloads, contributing to optimal runtimes. They also automated the benchmarking process, resulting in improved efficiency.

In 2020, Izy embarked on an entrepreneurial venture and founded Livelog. The company's mission was to develop a comprehensive concussion management tool using machine learning for patient screening. They led a team and created a website and mobile application, utilizing customer feedback to tailor the product to meet customer needs.

In 2021, Izy joined Toyota Research Institute as a Platform Engineering Intern, responsible for maintaining Jenkins builds and cutting daily releases. They actively participated in optimizing code and integrating toolchains. Additionally, they took on leadership roles within the LGBTQ employee resource group, organizing initiatives for employee support and inclusivity.

Currently, Izy holds the position of Software Engineer at Woven by Toyota. Their responsibilities include software development and engineering, contributing to the company's overall success.

Izy E. completed their primary and secondary education at Stuart Country Day School of the Sacred Heart from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Izy E. obtained a certification in Red Cross Babysitting from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in June 2013.
