Jonathan Hansen

Jonathan Hansen has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology. Jonathan currently holds the position of Global Head of Enterprise Technology Operations at Woven by Toyota since May 2022. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2022, they worked as the Director of Information Technology at Weedmaps, where they led all aspects of IT operations and enterprise applications. During this time, they also implemented a "SaaS First" transformation strategy and established security and compliance policies.

Before their role at Weedmaps, Jonathan served as the Director of Information Technology at RMS from 2017 to 2020. In this position, they directed IT operations, productivity engineering, and end user support. Jonathan also led the transformation of legacy systems to a digital and cloud environment to support a global workforce.

From 2014 to 2017, Jonathan worked at Medallia, where they held multiple roles. As the Principal Enterprise Architect, they built and led the corporate IT department and transformed the entire technology stack. Jonathan also served as the Head of Corporate IT, leading a global team and managing the technology roadmap and budget.

Prior to their time at Medallia, Jonathan worked at Ubiquity Global Services as the Director of Global Infrastructure and Security Officer. Jonathan led a team responsible for designing and implementing highly scalable IT infrastructure and services. Jonathan also oversaw physical, data, and information security.

Earlier in their career, Jonathan worked at Yammer, Inc. as an IT Architect, where they designed and implemented an automated IT department for an enterprise social network. Jonathan also managed a team and improved communication and efficiency within the organization.

Jonathan's career began at Tribal Technologies as an IT Manager, where they managed internal and external IT systems and made improvements to existing applications. Jonathan also consolidated environments for improved management and reduced redundancies.

In 2008, Jonathan worked at 23andMe as part of the IT/Network Operations Team.

Overall, Jonathan Hansen brings extensive experience in leading IT operations, implementing transformations, establishing security and compliance measures, and managing global teams and budgets.

Jonathan Hansen attended California State University, Monterey Bay from 1998 to 2001. During this time, their field of study included International Relations and Computer Science. Jonathan did not obtain a degree from the university. In 2016, Jonathan Hansen obtained a certification as an SSCE, or SaltStack Certified Engineer, from SaltStack institution.
