Yecheng X.

Yecheng X. has a diverse range of work experience. They started their career at Aptiv in 2018, where they worked as an Autonomous Driving Software Engineering Intern. Here, they focused on improving the performance of an autonomous driving simulation system and collaborated with colleagues to design and implement perception features.

In 2019, Yecheng X. continued their internship at Aptiv, but this time as a Software Engineering Intern. They gained further experience in software engineering during this role.

In 2020, Yecheng X. interned at Lyft as a Software Engineer Intern. They worked on the Level 5 - Simulation Agents Team for the Autonomous Driving Platform, where they designed and built a stop sign behavior system for simulation agents. They exceeded expectations and demonstrated effective communication skills while working across teams.

Yecheng X. then joined the University of California, Riverside as a Graduate Research Assistant in 2017. They held this role until 2021, conducting research as part of their studies.

In 2021, Yecheng X. had multiple experiences. They first worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Motional, gaining practical experience in software engineering. They continued their internship journey at Lyft, this time as a Software Engineer, for a short period of time.

Most recently, Yecheng X. joined Woven by Toyota in 2021. They initially worked as a Software Engineer and later transitioned into the role of a Senior Software Engineer.

Yecheng X. completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California, Riverside. They pursued this degree from 2017 to 2021. Additionally, Yecheng obtained several certifications in various subjects such as Deep Learning: Face Recognition, Learning Docker, Learning Personal Branding, PyTorch Essential Training: Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning Foundations.
