Liz Ketcham

Liz Ketcham has extensive experience in customer success roles, primarily in the technology and marketing industries. Liz started their career as a Barista at Scooter's Coffee in 2008. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Promotional Representative at Omaha Media Group, where they promoted the company through sales at large events. In 2012, they had a summer internship at Duane Svec Advertising, where they consulted with clients on promotional merchandise and managed customer databases. Liz then transitioned to Jacht Ad Lab as an Account Executive, coordinating and directing advertising campaigns for clients. In 2014, they joined KidGlov as a Marketing Intern and later became a Project Manager, focusing on successfully managing client and agency projects. In 2016, they moved to Flywheel, where they initially started as a Customer Success Specialist and gradually progressed to Head of Customer Success and Director of Customer Success. Most recently, in 2019, they joined WP Engine as a Director of Customer Success and is currently serving as a Sr Director of Customer Success.

Liz Ketcham attended Elkhorn High School from 2008 to 2011. Liz then went on to study Marketing and Business Management at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2011 to 2015. In 2013, they also briefly attended the University of Oxford.
