Megan Pick

Megan Pick is an experienced Support Operations Manager currently at WP Engine since January 2021, where responsibilities grew following the merger with Flywheel, focusing on enhancing customer support experiences. Previously, Megan held the same title at Flywheel from January 2016 to January 2021, ensuring the support team was equipped with necessary tools for customer satisfaction, and also served as Support Product Manager, implementing a new chat system and transitioning to 24/7 support. Earlier roles include Deputy City Clerk for the City of Bellevue, Technical Support Specialist/Proposal Coordinator at Software Engineering Services, and various positions at Bellevue University, culminating in a Master’s in Leadership and a Bachelor’s in Business Information Systems.
