Barry G. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Barry started their career at Deloitte as a Business Analyst, where they developed national growth strategies for Medicare managed care products. Barry then worked at MMC 20/20 as a Senior Consultant, managing Revenue Enhancement projects for large HMOs. Barry later became the Co-Owner of Barsuk Records, a Seattle-based record label, where they led the finance function and negotiated contractual terms with major recording artists. Barry then transitioned to Group Health Cooperative, initially serving as the Director of Marketing & Strategy Services before becoming the Executive Director of Strategic Services & Finance. In these roles, they were responsible for market and financial analyses supporting strategic growth decisions. Following this, Barry joined Point B as a Principal, where they developed advanced analytic solutions and workforce management solutions for retail and healthcare industries. Most recently, they joined Starbucks as the Director of Retail Operations, leading labor strategy and overseeing the development of algorithms for store-level forecasts, before transitioning to their current role as the Vice President of Retail Operations, where they provide strategic leadership and drives transformational retail productivity initiatives.

Barry G. obtained an MBA in Marketing from the Texas McCombs School of Business between 1999 and 2001. Barry previously completed their BA in Economics at the Colorado College from 1990 to 1994.
