Vishal Manchanda

Vishal Manchanda currently serves as the Head of Learning & Development and Organizational Effectiveness for South Asia at GroupM, a position held since 2023. Prior to this role, Vishal was the Global Learning & Organizational Development Leader at TaskUs from 2021 to 2023, and the National Head of Human Resources at Indus Towers Limited from 2011 to 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director for Talent Development at UnitedHealth Group for the Asia Pacific region from 2007 to 2011 and as the Assistant Vice President for Global Talent Development at Genpact from 2003 to 2007. Vishal's educational background includes an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the International Management Institute and a Bachelor of Commerce from Kanpur University, along with secondary education certificates from Sheiling House School and Methodist High School.
