Meredith Lerner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent strategy and career development. Currently serving as a Senior People Program Manager at WPP since May 2022, Meredith has previously worked at Mercer for nearly six years in various roles, including Career Senior Associate and Career Associate, managing projects for Fortune 500 companies and non-profits. Throughout Meredith's career, strong client relationships and mentorship have been prioritized, alongside the development of complex Excel models to measure business impact.
