Vanessa Lee

Vanessa Lee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy and business development. Currently serving as Director of Corporate Strategy at WPP since May 2022, Vanessa previously held significant roles at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, including Head of Business Development and Strategic Projects, and Special Projects Manager and Business Development Lead from October 2017 to May 2022. Prior to that, Vanessa developed consulting expertise at Bain & Company, progressing from Associate Consultant to Consultant from March 2014 to October 2017. Early career experiences include investment banking roles at Morgan Stanley and Citi. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and a Bachelor of Laws, both obtained from the University of Sydney between 2009 and 2013.
