Katrina Lim

Katrina Lim is an experienced broadcast journalist currently serving as the Assignment Editor at WQOW-News 18 since August 2019, where responsibilities include managing daily story ideas, coordinating breaking news coverage, and collaborating with reporters. Previously, Katrina worked as a Multimedia Journalist at both WQOW-News 18 and KEVN Black Hills FOX, producing content for various newscasts and engaging with viewers on social media. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism from Loyola University Chicago, where leadership roles included President of the Loyola University Karate Club and Treasurer of the Kapwa Loyola Filipino Student Organization. Additional experience includes internships at WLS ABC 7 Eyewitness News Chicago and Supertalk News, focusing on story research and production.
