Audrey Lustgarten

Audrey Lustgarten is a seasoned legal professional specializing in global immigration law, currently serving as Managing Partner at WR Global since April 2022 and co-founder of paradiGM Community since June 2021. With a robust background, Audrey previously held the position of Principal at LG Global Immigration PLC, where the focus was on employer representation in immigration matters from January 2014 to April 2022. Prior roles include Global Client Services Manager at Fragomen, Associate Attorney at Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP and Paul Hastings, and Associate at JONES DAY®. Audrey also contributed as a Board Member for Refugee Family Services from 2006 to 2012. Audrey earned a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law and a Master of Arts in International Relations from Florida International University.
