Crystal Williams

Crystal Williams serves as the Director of Technology Innovation at WR Immigration since January 2019, where responsibilities include evaluating technology solutions, transforming business processes into custom Salesforce solutions, and developing security policies. Previous experience includes the role of WRapid Program Manager at WR Immigration, focusing on similar tasks related to Salesforce. Prior to WR Immigration, Crystal held multiple positions at CPG Immigration Law Group from 2012 to 2018, starting as a Paralegal and advancing to Senior Paralegal/Database Administrator, overseeing the implementation of new case management systems. Crystal's career began at Cornerstone Law Group as a Paralegal and Legal Assistant. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical and Computational Science from Stanford University.
