James De Couter

James is interim Head of Finance at WRAP. He is responsible for leading a strong and resilient team to deliver sound financial governance to the charity and its subsidiaries. James has worked at WRAP as a commercial manager for almost four years, prior to that he was a finance manager at Prodrive, and previously spent eight years in the WRAP finance team including all the senior roles.

James is a Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant with 15 plus years’ experience in different business environments across manufacturing, FMCG, and marketing. He has experience of process efficiency, improving financial management, and systems development to simplify reporting and performance management.
