Jeffrey Martin

Jeffrey Martin has a robust background in unemployment insurance management, currently serving as the Unemployment Insurance Program Manager at BBSI since October 2022, focusing on strategic development of a claims response department. Prior to this role, Jeffrey managed all UI claimant management obligations at G&A Partners from February 2014 to July 2022. As the founder and President of Employer Emissaries Inc from January 2010 to January 2014, Jeffrey specialized in unemployment insurance cost control and UI tax auditing services. Jeffrey also served as a Tax Examiner at the State of Colorado’s Department of Labor and Employment, providing professional services related to unemployment benefits, and worked as a Licensed Psychiatric Technician in the Department of Human Services. Early in their career, Jeffrey was a missionary in India. Educational achievements include a B.S. in Management from Colorado Christian University, an Associates in Accounting from Community College of Aurora, and a diploma in Missions from Christ For the Nations Institute.
