Maddie Hanses

Maddie Hanses has had a diverse work experience since 2014. Maddie began their career as an Assistant Softball Coach at Olympic View Middle School in 2014. In 2015, they volunteered as a Fundraising Manager for Brigadoon Service Dogs and was also a Sidewalker for Pegasus Project. Maddie then served as the Marching Band Leadership Committee at Kamiak High School in 2015. In 2017, they were the Varsity Softball Captain at Kamiak High School. From 2018 to 2021, Maddie worked at Wrench, Inc. in a series of roles, including SEO Intern, Content Writer, Associate Communications and Marketing Manager, Junior Project Manager, and Partnerships and Content Manager. During this time, they managed and planned content for 11 social media accounts, refined email audience lists, and wrote 1000+ Search Engine Optimization pages. In 2021, Maddie began working at Ivar's Inc. as a Busser and Hostess. In 2019, they also served as Vice President of Community Relations, Director of Recruitment Events, and Director of Ceremonies and Rituals for Tri Delta. During this time, they organized a Tri Delta mask order, planned informal recruitment events, and taught chapter members songs for ceremonial events.

Maddie Hanses attended Kamiak High School from 2014 to 2017, then went on to receive their Bachelor's degree in Communication, General from the University of Puget Sound in 2020. Additionally, they obtained a Standard First Aid, CPR and AED certification from the Red Cross in March 2020.
