Herve Berthelot

Sous Chef Pastry at Wrest Point

Herve Berthelot is an accomplished pastry chef with extensive experience in various culinary roles. Currently serving as the sous chef pastry at Wrest Point since May 2015, Berthelot previously held the position of head chef pastry at Moorilla, Mona Museum from September 2012 to April 2014, and worked as an assistant sous chef at Jupiter Casino from March 2009 to June 2012. Berthelot also operated a personal business, Le Berthelot French Patisserie, from February 1998 to October 2008, specializing in traditional French patisserie and baked goods made from scratch. Educational qualifications include a Certificate IV in Frontline Management from RMIT University, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Southbank Institute of Technology, a Certificate III in Hospitality from Kujawa Cookery, and a CAP in Pastry Cheffing, Confectionery, Chocolate, and Ice Cream Making from the School of Apprentice (1983-1985).
